Our department is responsible for implementing internet, extranet and mobile services that provide weather data to all Météo-France customers.
What led you to call on Quadran’s expertise? What challenge were you facing?
We were looking for a tool that would let us quantify and understand our websites’ performance as experienced by real users.

appYuser complements our existing monitoring tools. Tracking satisfaction allows us to assess the impact of the technical changes deployed on our sites.
If you had to describe Quadran in three words, what would they be?
appYuser uses a simple indicator that is easy to share internally and track in a dashboard to provide a real view of our users’ experience, rather than one based on simulations and tests performed by bots.
